We Do Geek Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please read our policy below to ensure a smooth return process.
Used Video Games and Consoles
All of our pre-owned video games and consoles are carefully cleaned and tested to ensure they are in great working condition. If you experience an issue with a used item, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a return or exchange.
New Items
New items must be returned in the same condition you bought them. If an item was sealed when you purchased it, it must be returned sealed. If a new item is returned opened, it will be treated as a used item trade-in and a refund will be issued based on the trade-in value, not the original purchase price.
Trading Card Games (TCG)
All sales of TCG products, including booster packs, decks, and individual cards, are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any TCG-related items.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or refund, you must contact us within the specified time frame.
For in-store purchases: Please bring the item and your original receipt back to the store.
For shipped orders: Please send a return request to our customer service team at store@wedogeek.ca.
Return Shipping and Charges
If a return is approved for a shipped order, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refund Method
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will issue a store credit.
