Return policy, Product Exchange,  and Trade-In

Our Refund & Exchange Policy

You have 10 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. After 10 days, all sales are considered final.( new Items)

Method of Refund

Refunds

will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

for items of equal or lesser value are available. If you're exchanging for an item of a lesser value, the price difference will be used to cover any shipping costs. In the event that the price difference does not cover the full cost of shipping, we will reach out to you directly from

to arrange payment for the remaining balance. If you're exchanging for a higher-priced item, you'll be responsible for the price difference.

Product Condition

For refunds:

All returned products must be in their

original, new, and unopened condition

with all packaging and accessories included. We cannot accept returns for opened or used items.

For exchanges:

New items

must be returned in their original, unopened condition.

Used items

, when applicable, can be exchanged for another used item, but they must be returned in the

same condition in which they were sold

. The return window for used items is

24 hours

from the purchase date or delivery date, when applicable.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please fill out our Return Request Form on our website. You can find it under the "Support" or "Contact Us" section. This is the fastest way to get your return started.

Charges

Shipping costs

for all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.We do not charge a restocking fee.

Policy for Used & Trade-In Items

Used items

are sold as-is. We do not offer refunds on used items, but we do allow exchanges for other used items within the 24-hour window, provided the item is in the same condition as when it was sold to you.

Trade-ins

are final once completed. The value of trade-in items is benchmarked according to PriceCharting. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products that were traded in. The value provided for the trade-in is non-negotiable after the transaction is complete.

All TCG are final sale- Non refundable.

We accept trade-ins for used items that were originally purchased new from us. The item must be in the same condition as when it was sold and it would be valued as trade- in same price item and no cash refund.

Used Items:

All trade-in values are based on the current market price, as determined by the PriceCharting guideline. You will receive that value as store credit or a price match toward another item.
